Our standard lead time is approx. 10 working days including delivery. This may change due to unforeseeable circumstances. You will receive an email soon after you place your order with an estimated dispatch date, and further notifications if this changes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details, and the freight company will call you the day before they deliver.
You will receive an order confirmation once you place an online order. If you see anything wrong on the confirmation, please contact us asap, with your order number, and we can correct it for you.

We are open to providing refunds in special situations, please contact us if you require a refund and we will assess your case.
In the case that you ordered the wrong item, we can exchange it for the correct item, however there will be a restocking fee, and an additional freight fee for the replacement. If you ordered the correct item, and we supplied you the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item asap. To exchange an item, you will be required to have the incorrect item packed and ready for transport. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at the same time we pick up the incorrect item.
