Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Screenline Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 75 114 911 983) of 80 Catherine Crescent, Lavington NSW 2641 ("Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on Wednesday, 22 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday, 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Orders received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, eligible customers must:
Purchase any eligible Screenline DIY Fence Extension Kit from www.screenlinesystems.com.au during the Promotion Period; and
Complete payment before the Promotion Period closes.
No separate entry form is required.
Each qualifying order receives one (1) entry into the draw.
Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are not eligible.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize is:
Makita 18V Brushless 2 x 5.0Ah 1/4" 210Nm Impact Driver Kit
Recommended Retail Price (RRP): approximately AUD $700 (including GST).
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Makita is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this promotion.
Any ancillary costs associated with claiming or using the prize are the responsibility of the winner unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Prize Draw
The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw.
The draw will take place on:
Monday, 3 August 2026
at the offices of Screenline Systems Pty Ltd.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order within five (5) business days after the draw.
The winner's first name, first letter of their surname, and suburb and state may also be published on the Screenline Systems website and/or official social media pages.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered at the Promoter's expense to an Australian address nominated by the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring after delivery has been completed.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
Any redraw will take place on Monday, 17 August 2026, using the same method as the original draw.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will only be used for administering the promotion and otherwise in accordance with the Screenline Systems Privacy Policy, available on the Screenline Systems website.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to:
verify the validity of entries;
disqualify any entrant who submits a fraudulent, misleading or otherwise invalid entry;
cancel, suspend, terminate or amend the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration of the promotion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, pandemic, natural disaster or any other cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to applicable laws, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
12. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant arising from participation in the promotion or from the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
13. Trade Promotion Requirements
Based on the total prize value of approximately AUD $700, no trade promotion authority is required for this promotion under current New South Wales trade promotion regulations.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
